Navigating your company’s Strategic Goals and Objectives for 2024.
Your CEO and senior leadership team have confirmed and communicated your company’s Strategic Goals and Objectives for 2024.
Now what?
Whether you work at a small business or for a larger brand, we can help you meet these company expectations by investing in Goals & Objectives, Development Plans and Succession Planning.
TPAG can serve as an extension of your team to apply these best practices, whether you’re a COO, CPO or founder of a business. With our experience, we can help you craft and integrate one or all three.
Goals & Objectives. People want to understand how to be successful. This step can be customized to suit your business needs cross-functionally focused or simple to execute, as long as your team (Who) understands Why you need them to do something, What you need them to do, and by When. How something gets done is up to each team leader.
Development Plans: People want to learn. How should you assess and build plans with your teams? What skills do they need to be successful? How will you invest in your people? Should you have plans for your Leaders or each person? Sometimes, you just need to communicate what they need to Start, Stop, and Continue doing.
Succession Planning: People want to know where they stand. What should you tell them? You’ll need to assess your team’s skills, predict future behavior, and compare their skills to the organizational goals. How will you listen to your team (what do they want to do next?), prepare your own successor, manage high-potential and non-performing people, and predict potential resignations?
These three steps can sometimes feel time-consuming, and while this work is important, it can fall to the bottom of your priority list. We know you don’t want lots of admin work. We hear you! Yet, you want to positively impact your organization and team, so they feel connected and valued. Our goal is to support you in making that happen.
Let us know what you think- we’re here to listen, learn, and be your partner.
All the Best,
TPAG
